Terms of Service

For clarity, the following definitions apply throughout these Terms:

Account / Player Account – Your personal account registered with Lucky.fun to access the Website and participate in Games.

Casino / Lucky / Lucky Casino / Website / Company / We / Us / Our – Good Luck Ltd, operator of lucky.fun, licensed under Anjouan law, License No. ALSI-202510021-FI1.

Supported Cryptocurrencies – BTC, LTC, ETH, USDC, TRX, USDT, SOL, POL, BNB, TETH, LCK.

Deposit – Transfer of funds (fiat or crypto) into your Player Account for use on the Website.

Games – All casino games, betting, or chance-based activities on the Website.

Lucky Coin (LCK) – Lucky's internal non-crypto currency. 1 LCK = 1 USD. Used for wagers, balances, and transactions on the Website. Cannot be transferred outside Lucky.

Player / User / You / Your – A registered individual using the Website.

Restricted Countries / Jurisdictions – Areas where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by law, or where Lucky imposes limitations.

Responsible Gaming – Tools and procedures helping players manage their gambling activity (self-exclusion, deposit limits, reality checks).

Withdrawal – Transfer of funds from your Player Account to a verified personal wallet or approved payment method.

KYC (Know Your Customer) – Verification process to confirm identity, address, and payment methods, compliant with AML requirements.

AML (Anti-Money Laundering) – Policies to prevent illicit financial activities.

Fraud / Advantage Play – Any attempt to manipulate the Website, Games, deposits, withdrawals, or bonuses to gain unfair advantage, including collusion, multiple accounts, or fraudulent transactions.

Referral Program – Lucky Casino's player-to-player referral system that allows eligible players to earn commission based on the wagering activity of users who register using a valid referral code, subject to these Terms.

Referrer – A registered player who participates in the Referral Program by sharing a referral code and earning commission from the wagering activity of referred players.

Referral / Referred Player – A new player who registers a Player Account using a valid referral code provided by a Referrer.

House Edge – The mathematical advantage retained by the Casino on wagers, used as the basis for calculating referral commissions.

Dormant Account – A Player Account inactive for 12 consecutive months.

Bonus Terms – Rules governing bonuses, promotions, or rewards published separately.

Progressive Jackpot – Jackpot that increases over time and is paid in full to eligible players.

1.1 Before using Lucky Casino's Website, please read these Terms carefully. By registering a Player Account, you accept these Terms as a legally binding agreement.

3.3.2 Player Responsibility: Players must not register, deposit, wager, or withdraw from restricted regions.

3.3.3 Updates: Lucky may modify the restricted list at any time based on legal or regulatory requirements.

3.3.4 Misuse: Use of VPNs, proxies, or fake documents to bypass restrictions is prohibited.

3.3.5 Account Action: Accounts accessed from restricted regions may be suspended, closed, or subject to bonus/winnings cancellation.

3.4 Game-Specific Restrictions: Some games may be unavailable depending on provider or licensing restrictions. Players are responsible for ensuring games are legally available in their location.

3.5 Verification Rights: Lucky may request proof of residence or other documentation to enforce geographical restrictions. Failure may result in account suspension or termination.

4.1 All transactions are conducted in LCK.

4.2 Deposits in supported currencies are converted to LCK at transaction time.

4.3 All gameplay, wagers, and winnings are denominated in LCK.

4.4 Withdrawals are processed in selected cryptocurrency or equivalent LCK.

4.5 LCK has no monetary or asset value outside Lucky Casino and cannot be exchanged or sold.

Players are responsible for reporting and paying applicable taxes. Lucky does not provide tax advice.

6.1 One personal account only; duplicates may be closed.

6.2 Accounts are for personal use. Commercial use prohibited.

6.3 Maintain accurate account information.

6.4 Collusion or multiple accounts may lead to closure and forfeiture.

6.5 Deposits must use legitimate personal funds.

7.1 Acknowledgement of Risk: Gambling involves financial risk. By using the Website and participating in Games, you acknowledge that you may lose money. Mistakenly credited funds, deposits, bonuses, or winnings remain the property of Lucky Casino and will be deducted from your account. 7.3 Indirect or Consequential Losses: Lucky Casino shall not be liable for: Any loss that is not directly caused by our actions; Indirect, special, or consequential losses; Losses arising from your use of the Website or Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or opportunity.

7.4 Service Availability: From time to time, all or part of the Website or Services may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or amendments. Lucky Casino shall not be liable for any issues, interruptions, or losses resulting from temporary unavailability.

7.5 Compliance and Regulatory Obligations: Lucky Casino is not liable for any losses resulting from our compliance or non-compliance with regulatory obligations.

7.6 Information Accuracy: While we strive to provide accurate information on the Website, we cannot guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of any material. The Website and Services are provided "as is," and Lucky Casino is not obligated to update information.

7.9 Finality of Decisions: Lucky Casino reserves the right to determine whether any user has violated these Terms, and such decisions shall be final and binding.

7.10 Operational Risk & Error Correction: By using the Website, you acknowledge that: Participation in Games may result in financial loss. Lucky is not liable for technical failures, internet interruptions, or software errors. Errors in deposits, bonuses, bets, or payouts may be corrected, voided, or adjusted. Mistakenly credited funds remain property of Lucky; withdrawals of such amounts are considered debts owed. Players must report errors immediately.

8.1 Accepted Currencies: BTC, LTC, ETH, USDC, TRX, USDT, SOL, POL, BNB, TETH, LCK.

8.2 Deposits must be made from personal wallets or approved methods: Crypto, Debit Card, Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Neteller, Revolut Pay, PayPal, SEPA Instant, SEPA Bank Transfer, Skrill, and traditional bank transfer. Funds sent from third-party wallets, shared accounts, or business wallets may be rejected or lost, and Lucky is not responsible for such losses.

8.3 Deposits below minimum thresholds may be lost: Deposits must meet at least $2 USD equivalent in value based on the real-time market rate.

8.4 Lucky may request additional documentation for AML/KYC compliance: Identity, Residence, Source of funds.

8.5 Fees may be charged by external services; Lucky is not responsible for these. External service providers may charge fees, including: transaction fees, network (gas) fees, currency conversion fees, banking or processing charges. Lucky has no control over these fees and does not reimburse, refund, or compensate for them.

9.1 Withdrawals must be sent to verified personal wallets.

9.2 Minimum/maximum limits depend on method; exceeding limits may result in installment payouts.

9.3 Progressive jackpots are paid in full.

9.4 Withdrawals are available only after deposited funds are wagered at least once (1x).

9.5 Lucky may deduct applicable transaction or processing fees.

9.6 Additional Checks for Large Withdrawals: For withdrawal requests of $25,000 USD or more (or cryptocurrency equivalent), we may need to carry out some additional security and verification checks. This helps us keep player accounts safe and meet our regulatory obligations. These checks may require extra documentation, and processing may take up to seventy-two (72) hours to complete. We'll always aim to review and process your withdrawal as quickly as possible once everything has been confirmed.

10.1 Lucky Casino operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) procedure to ensure compliance with AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and responsible gambling regulations.

10.2 You must provide accurate and up-to-date personal information at all times, including: Full name, Date of birth, Residential address, Valid identification documents (passport, ID card, or driver's license), Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document), Verification of cryptocurrency wallets or payment methods.

10.3 Lucky Casino may request video verification if documents cannot be provided in Latin or Cyrillic alphabet, or to confirm authenticity of the account holder.

10.4 Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until your KYC verification is successfully completed. Failure to provide requested documents or false information may result in: Account suspension or termination, Withholding or cancellation of funds, deposits, or winnings, Reporting to regulatory authorities if required by law.

10.5 You agree to notify Lucky Casino promptly of any changes to personal information, including address, email, or phone number.

10.6 Lucky Casino reserves the right to perform KYC checks periodically, and not only at deposit or withdrawal time, to maintain account security and compliance.

10.7 Any attempt to bypass the KYC process, including providing false documents or third-party information, constitutes fraud and may result in legal action, account closure, and forfeiture of funds.

11.1 Fraud, collusion, chargebacks, or stolen payment methods may result in account closure, forfeiture, and regulatory reporting.

11.2 Bonus abuse and advantage play are prohibited.

11.3 Funds may be held during investigations into fraud, money laundering, or system manipulation.

12.1 Referral Program Overview: Lucky Casino offers a player referral program that allows eligible players to earn commission based on the wagering activity of users who register using their unique referral code ("Referrals"). Participation in the referral program is optional and subject to these Terms. Referral commissions are earned only from genuine player activity and are not guaranteed.

12.2 Referral Codes & Tracking: 12.2.1 Players may generate referral codes through the Referral section of their Player Account. 12.2.2 Up to three (3) referral codes may be created to track different traffic sources. 12.2.3 Referral codes may be shared via permitted channels such as social media, forums, or direct invitations, provided such sharing complies with applicable laws, these Terms, and Lucky's policies.

12.3 Commission Calculation: 12.3.1 Referral commissions are calculated as a percentage of the house edge generated by wagers placed by referred players. 12.3.2 The base commission rate starts at 10% of the house edge, unless otherwise specified. 12.3.3 The applicable commission percentage may increase as the referrer progresses through referral levels. 12.3.4 Commission is calculated only on settled wagers and does not include bonuses, refunds, voided bets, disputed activity, or canceled gameplay.

12.4 Referral Levels & Progression: 12.4.1 Referral levels are determined by the total wagering activity generated by referred players and, where applicable, the number of active referrals. 12.4.2 Higher referral levels provide a higher share of the house edge as commission. 12.4.3 Referral wager volume and ongoing activity contribute to level progression. 12.4.4 Referral Tiers: Tier 1 – Commission: 15% of the house edge. Requirements: Minimum wagered by referrals: $0, Minimum referred users: 1. Tier 2 – Commission: 20% of the house edge. Requirements: Minimum wagered by referrals: $100,000, Minimum referred users: 3. Tier 3 – Commission: 25% of the house edge. Requirements: Minimum wagered by referrals: $250,000, Minimum referred users: 10. Tier 4 – Commission: 30% of the house edge. Requirements: Minimum wagered by referrals: $1,000,000, Minimum referred users: 25. Progression between Referral Tiers is automatic once the applicable requirements are met. Lucky reserves the right to verify referral activity and wagering volume before confirming tier upgrades.

12.5 Commission Currency & Crediting: 12.5.1 Referral commissions are credited in the same currency (or Lucky Coin equivalent) used by the referred player when wagering. 12.5.2 If referrals wager in multiple currencies, commissions may accrue across multiple balances. 12.5.3 Commission balances and referral performance data are viewable within the Referral section of the Player Account.

12.6 Minimum Requirements & Locked Commissions: 12.6.1 Minimum referral, wagering, or activity thresholds may apply before referral commissions can be claimed or withdrawn. 12.6.2 If eligibility requirements are not met, commissions may continue to accumulate but will remain locked until the conditions are satisfied. 12.6.3 Locked commissions do not expire unless otherwise stated by Lucky.

12.7 Withdrawal of Referral Commissions: 12.7.1 Once eligible, referral commissions may be withdrawn in accordance with Lucky's standard withdrawal procedures. 12.7.2 All withdrawals are subject to applicable KYC, AML, and verification requirements.

12.8 Monitoring & Transparency: 12.8.1 Referrers may view referral-related data, including usernames, registration dates, wagering totals, and earned commissions, via the Referral section of their account. 12.8.2 Data visibility may be limited or anonymized to protect player privacy and comply with data protection requirements.

12.9 Prohibited Conduct: 12.9.1 The referral program must not be used for fraudulent, abusive, or misleading purposes. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to: Self-referrals or use of multiple accounts; Coordinated wagering, collusion, or artificial activity to generate commissions; Misrepresentation of Lucky or the referral program; Any activity that breaches these Terms or applicable laws. 12.9.2 Lucky reserves the right to withhold, adjust, cancel referral commissions, and suspend or close accounts where abuse, fraud, or misuse of the referral program is identified.

13.1 Standard transaction refunds: 24 hours.

13.2 Unauthorized access refunds: up to 30 days.

13.3 Bonuses and winnings will be deducted from refunded balances.

14.1 Inactive accounts ≥12 months are dormant.

14.2 A monthly fee of 5 LCK may be deducted until reactivation or balance zero.

15.1 Any claim or dispute relating to account balances, payouts, deposits, bonuses, gameplay issues, technical interruptions, or any other matter involving your use of the Website must be submitted within 12 months from the date of the incident. Claims submitted after this period will be considered expired and no longer eligible for review.

15.2 This limitation does not affect our right to investigate fraudulent activity or comply with regulatory, financial, or legal obligations, which may extend beyond the 12-month period.

16.2 Complaints must be submitted by the account holder and cannot be transferred.

16.3 Server logs are the final authority in disputes. Amicable resolution will be attempted within 14 days before arbitration.

17.1 Player accounts, balances, winnings, and rights under these Terms are non-transferable. This includes gifts, pledges, assignment, or use by third parties.

18.1 All disputes are subject to mediation in Anjouan under Anjouan law.

18.2 If mediation fails within six months, disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Anjouan.
