1.1 These Bonus Terms and Conditions ("Bonus T&Cs") govern all promotions, bonuses, rakeback, loyalty rewards and other marketing offers made available by Lucky.fun ("Lucky", "we", "us", "our"). They are supplemental to Lucky's General Terms & Conditions. By participating in any promotion you accept these Bonus T&Cs and the General Terms.

1.2 Lucky may modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time for legal, regulatory or operational reasons. Specific promotions may include additional terms; where there is a conflict, the Promotion-specific terms prevail, followed by these Bonus T&Cs, then the General Terms.

2.1 Only registered players with a verified Player Account who comply with Lucky's KYC and AML requirements are eligible for bonuses.

2.2 Promotions may be restricted in certain jurisdictions. Lucky will not award bonuses where prohibited by local law or by Lucky's licensing/partner requirements. Players from Restricted Jurisdictions (see General Terms) may be excluded.

2.3 Only one bonus per person, household, device, IP address, payment method or shared computer is allowed, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Duplicate or multiple accounts will be treated as bonus abuse.

3.1 All bonuses, rakeback and loyalty rewards are awarded in Lucky Coin (LCK). 1 LCK = 1 USD.

3.2 Deposits are converted to LCK at the prevailing exchange rate when credited.

3.3 Deposits must be made using personal, approved payment methods only. 4.1 Structure: 1st deposit — 100% match up to $/€1,000 (in LCK).

4.2 Wagering Requirement: 40× (Forty times) the bonus amount must be wagered in eligible games (see Section 7) before any bonus-derived funds or winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 Expiry: Bonus and associated wagering must be completed within 30 days from the date the bonus is credited. Uncompleted bonuses and related winnings will be forfeited.

4.4 Activation: Bonuses must be claimed in accordance with the promotion steps described on the Website. Lucky may require a minimum deposit to activate a bonus; refer to specific promotion details.

4.5 Interruption: If you request a withdrawal before meeting wagering requirements, any remaining bonus balance and any winnings derived from it may be forfeited.

5.1 Rakeback is calculated using actual per-game house edge.

5.2 Crediting frequency and thresholds are published on the Website.

6.1 Players progress through tiers by cumulative wagered volume (in LCK). Movement across tiers and eligibility for tier benefits is determined by Lucky.

6.3 Rakeback and loyalty benefits are non-transferable and are subject to Lucky's verification and AML controls.

7.1 Only real-money wagers (LCK) made after the bonus is credited count towards wagering requirements.

7.2 Contribution rules (standard): Lucky Originals (selected low-variance or high-exploit risk titles identified by Lucky) → 0% contribution (do not count). Slots → 100% contribution (count 1:1). All other games Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Live Casino (do not count).

7.3 Lucky may publish or update a list of excluded games. It is the player's responsibility to confirm contribution rates for games before wagering.

8.1 Max bet with active bonus (per bet/spin/round/hand): 5 LCK (≈ €/$5). This limit is in place while a bonus or bonus-derived funds are active and counting toward wagering.

8.2 Originals limits apply as published.

8.3 Outside bonus play, real-money bets are subject to provider and risk limits.

8.4 Real-money wagering: Outside of active bonus play, players are generally free to place higher stakes subject to game provider limits and account risk management. Lucky reserves the right to impose additional limits on individual accounts where risk or regulatory requirements demand.

8.5 Bonus activation limit: Lucky may temporarily apply limits to prevent bonus activation abuse.

9.1 Bonus-Derived Winnings: Maximum withdrawal from bonus-derived winnings: 25,000 LCK. Applies only to winnings generated while a bonus is active.

9.2 Real-Money Winnings (when wagering real funds or after bonus completion): Slots: up to $/€5,000,000. Table Games: up to $/€300,000. Originals: up to $/€20,000.

9.3 Progressive jackpots are always paid in full.

9.4 All withdrawals remain subject to KYC, AML, and fraud checks.

10.1 Unless specified otherwise, bonuses expire 30 days after being credited. Rakeback and loyalty rewards may carry separate expiry windows, published on the Website (recommended: rakeback 90 days).

10.2 Unused or expired bonuses and any winnings derived from them will be removed.

10.3 Forfeiture may occur if Lucky determines that the account was used in breach of these Bonus T&Cs.

11.1 Lucky distinguishes between legitimate betting strategies (permitted) and fraudulent advantage play (prohibited). A player's ordinary betting style is not a reason for sanction.

11.2 Examples of prohibited fraudulent advantage play (non-exhaustive): Deliberately delaying free spins, bonus rounds, or feature rounds until you have no wagering requirement; Leaving large bets or advantageous game states active (e.g., blackjack hands, side bets) and returning to claim real-money benefit after bonus wagering is complete; Using bonus funds to build in-game stored value (multipliers, features), losing the bonus, then cashing out the built value with real money; Exploiting software bugs, glitches or game errors for guaranteed profit; Collusion, multi-accounting, shared wallets or coordinated play to meet wagering while diverting value; Using bots, automation, scripts, or AI to manipulate games or wagering; Abuse of exchange rates, deposit/withdrawal cycling, or other techniques to circumvent wagering; Any other behaviour that Lucky reasonably determines creates an unfair advantage or is intended to abuse the Promotion.

11.3 Enforcement: When fraudulent advantage play is confirmed Lucky may: Void the affected bonus and any winnings from it; Reverse credits and reclaim bonus funds as a debt; Forfeit pending withdrawals; Restrict access to future promotions; Suspend or close the account and, where appropriate, report to relevant authorities.

11.4 Investigation & Evidence: Lucky will investigate suspected abuse using transaction logs, game logs, IP/device data, blockchain records and other forensic tools. Decisions will be based on evidence. Suspicion alone without corroborating evidence will not justify automatic forfeiture.

11.5 Errors: Bonuses credited in error may be corrected or removed. Balances will be adjusted to reflect the intended outcome.

12.1 Bonus funds and winnings derived from them can only be withdrawn after all applicable wagering requirements are fully satisfied and KYC verification is complete.

12.2 Lucky may apply hold periods on withdrawals for verification, AML checks or security reasons.

12.3 Withdrawals are processed to verified wallets or approved payment methods only.

13.1 All calculations for wagering, rakeback and bonuses use LCK. Exchange rates between deposit currency and LCK are determined by Lucky at the time the deposit is credited.

13.2 Rounding rules and small balancing adjustments may be applied and are at Lucky's discretion.

14.1 Promotions are non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash except where explicitly stated.

14.2 Players must not use the Promotion in a fraudulent manner or in breach of local law.

14.3 Lucky reserves the right to void or reclaim bonuses granted in error.
